Plastics The Industry of Tomorrow




The "Plastics: The Industry of Tomorrow" Conference only takes place once every 5 years and is seen as a key event in the plastics industry.  Set to coincide with the British Plastics Federations 75th Anniversary Plastics The Industry of Tomorrow is a world-class conference looking ahead to the future of the industry.

Some of the biggest names in plastics will be there giving their opinion on where our industry is  heading.  Leading speakers include Europe's pre-eminent futurologist, Ray Hammond, manufacturing guru Lord Bhattacharyya and leading designer Geoff Hollington. 

The conference will address top strategic issues facing the plastics industry including innovation in material and processing, the evolution of raw material prices and sustainability.  The conference will also tackle the wider context of economic performance and the future proficient of essential skills

A highlight of the conference will be the Gala Dinner on the night of 14 May at the Lowry Museum in Central Manchester.  This dinner will provide delegates with an excellent opportunity to network with with key industry players as well as be entertained by one of TVs biggest stars!
